Ingrediets
2 cups sai bhaji (regular Sindhi style)
1 cup soya bean granules
(soaked in hot water for 20 mins.)
1 cup soya bean chunks
(soaked in hot water for 20 mins.)
2 medium sized chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger julienne
1 tsp chopped green chillies
2-3 tbsp oil
½ red capsicum, diced
½ green capsicum, diced
2-3 dry red chillies
1 tsp garam masala powder
¼ cup grated cheese
8-10 green and black slice olives Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger, garlic, onion and red chillies. Add in the soaked and drained soya bean chunks and granules. Saute for 10 mins and put in the sai bhaji, capsicums, garam masala powder and salt. Keep aside. Grease a baking dish. Spread a layer of Soya sai bhaji, sprinkle sliced olives and top with grated chees. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 mins at 150 c / 300 F. Serve hot.
