Method:
1] Peel and grate mangoes
or shred finely.
2] Keep mace, vinegar, cinnamon
and nutmeg separately.
3] Add remaining ingredients
to the grated mangoes.
4] Mix well and put in a
jar.
5] Keep it overnight.
6] The following morning,
coarsely grind mace and cinnamon.
7] Add it to the mango mixture
with nutmeg and vinegar.
8] Mix well.
9] Cover with oil.
10] It is ready for eating
after 1 week.
