Bhugal Kalegi

Ingredients:
Liver (kaleji),
Cut into 1”pcs 250 gms
Onion grated 1#
Ginger crushed 1 tsp.
Garlic crushed 1 tsp.
Chilli powder 1 tsp.
Fennel seeds
(saunf),powdered 1 tsp.
Yogurt, whipped ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp.
Oil 2 tbsps.

Method:
Marinate the liver in the yogurt, salt, ginger & garlic for about an hour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan & lightly fry the onions & powdered fennel seeds. Add the liver & chilli powder, fry a bit. Cover, simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
