Method:
Boil the water along with the sugar and peeled
cardamoms for 30 minutes. Stir at short intervals.
After one boil, when you add the milk the
dirt from the sugar will collect on the top.
Spoon off this dirt. Add lemon juice. After
30 minutes remove from the stove. Tie chandan
powder in a piece of muslin cloth and add
it to the syrup. Immediately cover the vessel
with a lid. Put aside for a night. Next dry
strain it. Add the silver foil and fill the
Sherbat in bottles.
