Chappati Of Dal
Ingredients:
¼ kg Mung Dal (white)
½ kg Wheat Flour
Haldi Powder
Red Chilli Powder
2 Green chillies
Coriander Leaves Jeera
Method:
Soak the Mung dal for 1 hour in water and
then boil with little salt as per taste and
a pinch of haldi (dal should be cooked like
rice).
Knead
the flour into atta with little salt and water.
Mix little red chilli powder, minutely cut
green chilli and coriander leaves and little
jeera with boiled dal and keep it separately.
Make
thick small chappaties and stuff the same
with the dal. Seal the chappati again and
roll it into the normal chappati. Bake this
chappati on tawa on slow flame and with little
oil till it turns light brown. Eat with curd,
Jam or any vegetable.
