Churi For Puja

Ingredients:
1 cup Wheat Flour
Ghee or Oil
½ cup of Sugar
4 to 5 Elachi

Method:
Heat Ghee or oil in a pan and then pour wheat flour in it. The flour should be covered with the oil in the Pan. Cook the flour till it becomes light brown. Grind the Sugar with the Elachi’s and mix with the flour after it becomes light brown. This Churi is used as Prasad during Satyanarayan Puja. Can be eaten with minutely cut fruit pieces like Banana, Mango, Apple, Coconut, Orange and Chickoo.
