Seyal Dabal Saae Masale Mein (Spicy Bread in Green Masala) Serves 5 People

Ingredients
1 loaf
Bread
---
A bunch of coriander leaves
1 tsp
Cumin Seeds
7-8
Green Chilies
2 small
Onions
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2½ tsp Coriander Powder
5 tsp Oil
10 flakes Garlic
2½ cups Water
1 inch Ginger
5-6 tsp Tamarind Juice
--- Salt to taste

Method:

Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds and onions into a fine paste. Heat the oil and fry this mixture on a low flame. After 5 mins add the powdered masalas and salt. Fry well till the oil separates. Add water and boil till it reduces a little. Now add the tamarind juice. Make 4 pieces of each slice of bread and blend with the mixture till the slices get doused with a covering. Serve hot.
