Method:
Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic,
ginger, cumin seeds and onions into a fine
paste. Heat the oil and fry this mixture on
a low flame. After 5 mins add the powdered
masalas and salt. Fry well till the oil separates.
Add water and boil till it reduces a little.
Now add the tamarind juice. Make 4 pieces
of each slice of bread and blend with the
mixture till the slices get doused with a
covering. Serve hot.
