Method:
Marinate the liver in the yogurt, salt, ginger
& garlic for about an hour. Heat
the oil in a frying pan & lightly fry
the onions & powdered fennel seeds. Add
the liver & chilli powder, fry a bit.
Cover, simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
