Lolo (Sweet)

Ingredients:

2 cups ofWheat Flour
1 cup Sugar
Ghee
1 cup Water

Method:

Take the Sugar in a cooking bowl, pour the water in it and boil till the Sugar dissolves. Let this mixture cool. Take the Wheat Flour, add three table spoons Ghee, Kneel this with the Sugar water. Make small thick Chappati’s and cook them on Tava with Oil on medium fire till they become light brown in colour. They are ready to eat with curd or Vegetables.
