MORGRANJO SHERBAT (Jasmine Flower Sherbat)

Ingredients
1 kg.
Sugar
¾ litre
Water
10 gms.
Green Cardamoms (peeled)
10-12 nos.
Mogra flowers
2 tsp.
Milk
1 lemon
Juice

Method:

Boil the water with sugar and peeled cardamoms for 30 minutes. Remove the dirt particles as mentioned in the Chandan Ka Sherbat recipe. Add lemon juice. After 30 minutes turn off the stove. Add washed mogra flowers and cover it with a lid. When it has cooled completely, fill in bottles.
