Mein Sayel Tewan
Ingredients:
½ Kg. Mutton
1 Kg. Onions
½ Kg. Tomatoes
½ Cup (measuring cup) curds
1 small bunch coariander leaves chopped very
fine
1 small bunch Mint leaves chopped very fine
10 green chillies chopped very fine
2” pc of ginger
4 tsp. Coriander Powder
4 tsp. Garam Masala
½ cup ghee or cooking oil
21/2 tsp. salt
Method:
Clean and wash mutton pcs. dry and keep it
aside. In a thick base dekchi heat ghee add
onions, remove from the fire, add mutton and
all the other ingredients together with curds
– mix it thoroughly with hand-cover
dekchi with lik-knead little dough seal the
dekchi with the dough and keep on low fire
for 1 to 2 hours till the mutton is cooked.
This mutton is well cooked on a sigri-serve
it hot with Dhodha made form Jawari ka atta.
