Method:
Break the vermicelli into medium-sized pieces.
Heat the ghee for a few seconds and on low
flame, fry the vermicelli till it turns a
shade darker than golden in colour. Add the
water and powdered cardamoms and cook on a
medium flame till the water dries up. Now
add the sugar. When the water from the sugar
dries up, cover it with a lid and remove from
the stove.
Serve hot after 5 minutes.
