
In the evening
we used to take some light snacks hot Pakora
with Thado phuliko. These Pakoras are favourite
for almost all the Sindhis then i.e. Vangan,
Patata, Meha, Gobi, Basaran-ja-sanha pakora,
Palak, Kadu, Mirch, Besh etc. Sambosa, Patate
ji tiki, Golgappa, Fota-Satpaida(Chanan-ja-bafiyal)
Dal, Chholla, Dabal (bread), Kune ja beeha,
Bafiyal lorh, Lahori gajjar Mithi obariyal-(Bioled)
Faruaan, Burani etc. in the cold season we
used to eat Majoon, Manhija ladoon, Doonghi-a-jo
varro khaskhas waro, Kuti-a-jo ladoon, Layoon
were very famous then. Now a days we choose
to eat Panipuri, Dahipuri, Bhelpuri, Sevpuri,
Ragda Pattis, Pav Bhaaji, Vada pav, Idli sambhar,
Vada, Dosa, Puri chhole, pizza, Frankie etc.
In Sind, summer nuddles season was enjoyed
by Thadal, Bhanga with Badam, Jeero, Kara
mirch, Khaskhas. Today's health conscious
ladies prefer salads (Russian desserts) as
important part of meals. Salad-Raito-Matho-Suinhajiro-Bundi-Dadhi-Vegetables.
