professions which Sindhi ladies have opted to
utilize their hobbies in a gainful manner.
Today
Sindhis take very light as well as packed dry
lunch depending on the person's work. Where

ji bhaji, Gobi Chithyal, tariyal, Tooriyoun,
Ganaran jo saag, Daal (Kukaman wari, Singin
wari, chanan ji, masur ji, ti dali with thoom
jo tirko), sero (Gajjurun and pethe jo) Karela
(Masale mein, tariyal, seyal), Mariaro, Bheendiyun
(tariyal, seyal, patata vangan sa) Meha (triyal,
seyal ahur mein) Vangan (tarial, seyal, bharito)
Sunhajirho, Varyoon (Pulav, patate mein) Munga,
Mattar etc.
