Wherever Sindhis have gone, they have built a place of worship. Sindhis built a very beautiful temple in Manila, the capital city of Philippines. It is a huge, well decorated and fully carpeted, air-conditioned temple, where Sindhis celebrate Ramnavami, Janmashtami, Guru Nanak's birthday, Diwali, Dassehra, Holi and Shivratri. Every month Chand (New Moon) is observed by 300-350 devotees. Every Sunday is Satsang at 1426 Looban Street, Paco, and Manila.

Sindhis also undertake social activities, blood donation drive, health check-ups. Sindhis feed the poor. Sindhis help hospitals. The Hindu Temple Inc., Indian Ladies Club and Merry Maiden Club (Teenagers Girls Club) play an important role in this.
