Masquerades, a theatre company, started by Sandip in 2000. Along with his true friend Sameer Soni he saw many hits. The play Ask What Father Says made him director and producer overnight. There was no looking back from there; plays like ‘Oh God’, Champagne On The House were a huge success for Sandip Sikcand.

Sandip’s work experience varies from being an actor, director, producer, associate Creative Head at Balaji telefilms as well as acting in the TV shows, and now after Sony’s offer which he couldn’t refuse, made him the Chief Creative Director at India biggest TV Channel.
