Pratibha Advani

Pratibha Advani, daughter of L. K. Advani, Union Home Minister, though pampered by her father has developed her own individual personality.

33 years old Pratibha returned to her father's Pandara Park, New Delhi after her marriage to Ahmedabad- based hotel executive Kailash Thadani broke up. She started her career with a stint as a real estate marketing executive, an independent career in TV Journalism, and now her own show Newsmakers. She worked with Jain TV by anchoring a show called Khoj and then reporting the 1996 elections for Moscow and Singapore. She also played a journalist in 22 episodes of a Shatrughan Sinha serial on DD called Devata. Her News reading on ATN got her job with ANI, a T.V. news agency. Inspite of working for ANI, the company did not send her to accompany her father and Union Home Minister L.K. Advani to Israel, Paris and London in her capacity as a journalist. Pratibaha jointed him as official hostess and part of official delegation.
