Ingredients:

1 kg Carrot – Gratted
¼ kg Sugar
1 Ltr. Milk
Elachi and Dry Fruit
Saffron Colour – One Pinch
Ghee

Method:

Take a frying pan, put 4 tblsps. ghee, 8 elachi and gratted gajar and fry till little brown. Put milk and colour, mix well. When the milk dry’s put sugar and cook it on slow fire. Put dry fruit and it is ready.
