Khus Khus Halwa

Ingredients:

Khus Khus
¼ kg. Sugar
1 Ltr. Milk
8-10 Elachi
Dry Fruit Badam, Pista, Khaju

Method:

Khus in the Mixie. Take a frying pan and take sufficient Ghee. To soak the whole Khus Khus, cook till the Khus Khus becomes light brown. Pour 1 litre Milk and 8-10 Elachi (Mashed). When the milk dries, add the Sugar (as per your taste), mix well and cook on slow flame. When the Sugar melts, add the Dry Fruits (minutely cut). The Halwa is ready.
