Mint Tea

Take 30 gm green tea, 30 gm sugar, a good handful of fresh mint leaves, and stock. Rinse the teapot with boiling water. Add the tea, sugar and stock. Cover with boiling water and leave for 5-8 minutes before pouring out a glass or two, and dipping fresh mint into the glass.
