Method:
Chop turi, onion, tomatoes, green chillies.
Heat oil in pan, fry onions and chillies till
onion turns golden in colour. Add turi, salt
and turmeric powder. Cook on a low flame till
water starts drying. Add tomatoes and rest
of powdered masala. Cook on a low flame till
oil separates and tomatoes become tender.
Keep stirring. Pressure cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Take a churner and mix well.
