DOCTOR INDIRA HINDUJA

In the year 1986 she made medical history when India's first test-tube baby was born. Since then Dr. Hinduja and her IVF centers, Inkus, have delivered 1400 test tube babies. An M.D. (Gynaecology), Dr. Hinduja got seriously interested in invitro fertilisation (IVF) while doing her masters. Later while doing Ph.D she continued teaching medicine. In 1986 her efforts bore fruit when Harsha Chawla, India's first test-tube baby was born. Dr. Indira Hinduja and Inkus have provided a ray of hope to childless couples.
