Kamal Bhagat is an exponent of Sindhi folk song and dance bhagat and is considered as one of the rarest artists practising this art all over India as well as abroad including countries like Hong Kong, Singapore, and Lagos. Kamal has been performing on All India Radio and the TV channel in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The cultural bodies like Master Chander Academy, Malhi Culture Academy and the Indian Association of Benin have honoured Kamal. His career spans over a period of 13 years.
