Shivo Ramani was a born singer and a dramatist. He was a humble and shy artist. Though he was a highly talented artist, his talent was not recognized properly when he was alive.
Ramani directed many plays, organised many musical nites and presented a lot of radio plays. He won many awards for his literary works.
He inspired Loksur's Mohan Chhabria, Hiro Chawla (Dholak), Bhagwan Chawla (Ghunghroo), Surendra Bolakani (Solo), Bhagchand Panjabi (Chorus) and Usha Ratesar (Solo & Chorus).
