Son of the legendary, Sangeet acharya Master Chander, singer and composer, Mahesh Chander received musical training at the feet of his famous father. At the age of 19, the H.M.V. ghazal disc her cut got him an entry into the film world. As composer, Mahesh Chander has composed for leading companies. He was recently in the news for composing and recording poems written by Hon. Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, sung by his student Padmaja.
