FIRST CLASS FIRST MATRICULATE: Mr.
Hashmatrai Lekhraj Chablani was the first matriculate,
who stood first class first in the whole of Bombay
University.
SOCIAL REFORMS SAMMELAN: The second
Social Reforms Sammelan was held in Hyderabad. Mukhis
of various Sindhi Panchayats, Vaderas and their representatives
participated in the Sammelan.
ANNIE BESANT'S VISIT: Mrs. Annie Besant visited
Sind. Theosophical Society was established.
TAHILRAM KHEMCHAND DHARAMSHALA: Mr.
Tahilram Khemchand expired on October 24, 1905 and
a dharamshala was opened in his memory at Old Town,
Karachi.
FIROZ DILAFROZ: The play adapted
by Mr. Mirza Qalich Beg from Lord Lytton's novel 'Night
and Morning' was directed by Shri Hiranand B. Advani
and presented by the D.J.Sind College Amateur Dramatic
Society, Karachi.
KHURSHID: The play was written by
Mr. Mirza Qalich Beg. Directed by Shri Hiranand B.
Advani and presented by the Hyderabad Pleaders Club,
Hyderabad.
THE SINDHI: This paper was started
by ShriVirumal Begraj from Sukhur.
FIRST COLLECTION OF PROVERBS - 'GUL SHAKKAR':
Shri Kewalram Salamatrai Advani compiled this book
of 750 Sindhi proverbs in 1869. It was published 35
years later by the Education Department.
SINDHI INSTRUCTOR: Mr. Anandram Shahani
wrote and published this book. Teaching how to learn
Sindhi language.
CHOTHA HO CHANDU: An extremely popular novel
of Shri Lalchand Amardanomal was published by the
Saraswati Magazine.
HARI DARSHAN: Diwan Dayaram Gidumal
translated this book from Bengali.
SOOKHRYUN: Diwan Kewalram Salamatrai wrote
the book.
