SECOND
CONGRESS SESSION IN SIND:
The 45th session of the Indian National
Congress was held at Karachi from 29th to
31st March. It was the second time that
the Congress session was held in Sind.
KHINA
JI KHATA: The play written and
directed by Prof. Mangharam U. Malkani was
presented by the Rabindra Literary and Dramatic
Society in aid of the Indian Girls' High
School, Karachi.
INSAAN
KEENA SHAITAN: The play was adapted
from Marie Correlli's novel 'Soorrows of
Satan and also directed by Shri Daryani.
It was presented by the Hyderabad Amateur
Dramatic Society, Hyderabad.
SAQA
JO SHIKAARU: The play was adapted
and directed by Shri Kishinchand 'Bewas'
and presented by Chandka Amateur Dramatic
Society, Larkana.
KUMAR
AJITU SINGH: The play was written
by Shri lekhraj Aziz and directed by Shri
Jagu P. Advani.
JAHAAN
AARA: An original Sindhi novel
by Mr. Abdul Razaq Abdul Salim.
KAMLA:
An original novel by Mr. Parsram Shahani.
HEERA
JAWAHR: Writer H.P. Vidyarthi alias
Pribhdas Bherumal and publisher Sikh Tract
Society.
NIRMLA:
Mr. Mellaram Vaswani's translation of Munshi
Premchand's Hindi novel.
BRAHMANAND
KESHAB CHANDUR SEN JO JEEWAN CHARTUR:
Dr. N.D. Gurbaxani wrote the biography of
the Brahmo Samaj leader and Brahmo Samaj,
Hyderabad published it. |
