 K.D. Hinduja High School,Bombay was started by Hinduja Parmanand.

PORHE JO PARNO: Written by Mr. Kishinchand Bewas was the first Sindhi play staged after partition. It was presented by the Sindhi Sahitya Mandal, Bombay on the Bewas anniversary at K.D. Hinduja School, Bombay the play was directed by Daas Talib. The same play was staged at Baba Nebhraj School at Delhi. Jethanand Hem Nagwani and Jiwan Gursahani were in lead roles.

SHAHIDI: The play written by Deeplani was the second Sindhi play staged at Bombay. Kishin Rani played the role of Shajid, while Daas Talib, Kirat Babani, Arjun Shad and Kamala Bhgnari supported him.

FIRST SINDHI FILM: Bhagat Kanwarram is the first feature film made in Sindhi. Producer was Mr. T.M. Bihari and Deepak Asha directed the Film. Prof. Ram Panjwani wrote the story and Parsram Zia and Prabhu Wafa wrote the lyrics, Bulo C. Rani gave the music. Sheila Ramani and shyam played the leading roles.

NATIONAL HOSPITAL MAHIM: With the efforts of Dr. ChimandasJagtiani, Dr. Bulchand Kishinchand and Dr. R. Menda an old bunglow was allotted for an outdoor dispensary with the good wishes of Dr. Amrit Kaur, the then Health Minister through Shri Morarji Desai, the then C.M. Maharashtra.
