A pioneer of Sindhi audio-cassettes, he was the first to record cassettes of laadas, geeta, bhajans of singers, Bhagwanti Navani and Kamla Keswani. Ramesh soon graduated to Hindi film music and became the uncrowned king of Hindi film musicassettes under the banner Tips Cassettes Pvt. Ltd. With the production of ‘Coolie No.1’ , he diversified into film-making and his success soared. Ramesh Taurani is a great supsporter and benefactor of the Sindhi cause.
