Aastha TV reaches 156 countries and has been telecasting since 15th July 2001. It is trying to promote and maintain Sindhi Culture, through multi-episode serials like, 'Mittia Ji Mahak' and 'Mastan Ja Mela', conceptualised, produced and directed by Ms. Bineeta Nagpal. Mittia Ji Mahak is a socio-spiritual and cultural program, running since 15th July 2001 and being aired at 12.30 p. m. every Sunday, with a repeat telecast on Thursdays at 11.30 a. m. on Aastha Channel.

This serial deals with social issues and memories of partition, pre-partition and post-partition era. It entertains as well as imparts education, among the younger generation to make them relate to their heritage. Miitia Ji Mahak recently completed 50 episodes.
