AJMER SINDHI CENTRAL PANCHAYAT
The unified body of Ajmer Sindhi Central Panchayat
came into existence on 30th April 2000, formed by
the head executives of all the Sindhi Social Associations
and Business Organisations of Ajmer. The members of
this body elect the executives from among themselves.
The President of the Panchayat is Naren Shahani and
the Secretary is Mahendra Kumar Tirthani. The main
objectives of the Panchayat comprises of: 1)
Availing services of the specialists of Jawaharlal
Nehru Hospital,
2)
To stop wrong transfers through unification of Sindhi
School,
3)
To make the books available for the libraries of
the Sindhi Schools,
4)
To secure the services of city bus and telecommunication
for the "Janana Hospital", which is situated
far from the city,
5)
To secure the benefits of various scholarships,
sponsored by Indus Sind Foundation to the students
of Sindhi Schools,

6) The Panchayat proposed the U. I. T. for allotting
a plot of land for the construction of a hospital
in Vaishali Nagar and the proposal was accepted.
The
office of the Panchayat is at Sant Kanwar Ram Dharmshala
Parao, Ajmer. On first Saturday of every month,
the meeting of the executive members is held.
